Three times this week, but mostly shortish ones. :(
Monday- 2 Miles (19:20)
Saturday- 2 Miles (with LOTS of walking - 27 Minutes)
Sunday- two exercise sessions- one morning hike of 1 Hour, 30 Minutes; one evening jog of 1 Hour (7.7 km = 4.8 miles)
