Three run sessions again this week (really would like to get to at least four), and nothing really long. Before vacation, I would generally do a two-hour session once a week... now I can't seem to get anywhere near there again- UGH! Guess I'll just keep plugging away until I find my groove again!

Sunday, 21 March (Better... But Low Mileage)
This week was just a bit better. I exercised three times, but didn't hit a really long one. At least I broke my string of 1- or 2-run weeks. Next week I need to get the distance in.

Starting to Slide
Last week (Yes, I'm SO slow, tired and lazy that this post is for LAST week) I managed to run three times:
4 miles on Monday
4 miles on Wednesday-ish
10 miles on Saturday (I am doing walk breaks every 6 minutes). It felt good though.
I'm off to a whopping ZERO so far this week. I'm really letting my work schedule and life get in the way right now. I've gained weight back, which is causing my knees to crack and object. I know, excuses!
I can come up with a zillion of them!!! Of course, we did hit 60 degrees here, so weather can't really be one of those excuses for many more times...

Sunday, 14 March (ULTRA-SUCK Week III)
Well, Emms, let me tell you, if running 4 times last week (one of them a 9-miler) is a suck week, then this week is an ULTRA-SUCK week. I ran ONE WHOPPING TIME (AGAIN)!! Sunday- 30 minute treadmill. Really, I need to pull it together, but I'm sinking, sinking, sinking. Once I fall off the wagon, I really have trouble climbing back on.

Suck Week II
Suck weeks happen... I've been trying to do better, since my 17 miler is coming up in 8 weeks! I have to stop letting stress be an excuse as to why I don't exercise.
I think i ate a whole bag of tiny peanut butter cups that someone had at work last week. That didn't help me feel like a bundle of energy. I did manage to run four times:
M: Four miles, T: three miles, Th: 1.25 miles and 9 miles for my long run Saturday.
I'm freaking out that I haven't done more than 9 and I'm supposed to do 17 on May 15th...
