Suck weeks happen... I've been trying to do better, since my 17 miler is coming up in 8 weeks! I have to stop letting stress be an excuse as to why I don't exercise.
I think i ate a whole bag of tiny peanut butter cups that someone had at work last week. That didn't help me feel like a bundle of energy. I did manage to run four times:
M: Four miles, T: three miles, Th: 1.25 miles and 9 miles for my long run Saturday.
I'm freaking out that I haven't done more than 9 and I'm supposed to do 17 on May 15th...
