Sunday, 21 March (Better... But Low Mileage)

This week was just a bit better. I exercised three times, but didn't hit a really long one. At least I broke my string of 1- or 2-run weeks. Next week I need to get the distance in.

Monday: 30 Minutes (5K)
Saturday: 30 Minutes (5 K)
Sunday: 65 Minutes (8 K)
