Last week (Yes, I'm SO slow, tired and lazy that this post is for LAST week) I managed to run three times:
4 miles on Monday
4 miles on Wednesday-ish
10 miles on Saturday (I am doing walk breaks every 6 minutes). It felt good though.
I'm off to a whopping ZERO so far this week. I'm really letting my work schedule and life get in the way right now. I've gained weight back, which is causing my knees to crack and object. I know, excuses!
I can come up with a zillion of them!!! Of course, we did hit 60 degrees here, so weather can't really be one of those excuses for many more times...
