Last week I exercised 5 times... nothing really high mileage, lots of slow sessions of jog/walk mixed.
Tueday: 2 Miles on Treadmill (17:13)
Thursday: 30 Minutes on Treadmill (SLOW; JOG/WALK 2.2 miles)
Friday: 2 Miles on Treadmill (18:01)
Saturday: 1 Hour, 30 Minutes (SLOW!!)
Sunday: 1 Hour (Super-Slow; 4 miles JOG/WALK)
