Sunday, 8 November

Well, it was a pretty good week. I exercised 4 times- 1) 20 minutes (2 Miles), 2) 30-Minute Shred DVD workout, 3) 60 Minutes Treadmill, 4) 60 Minutes Treadmill. The 60-minute treadmill sessions were pretty slow (15 minute miles)... but at least I did something.

  1. 60 minutes on a treadmill is really great! Now that it's getting cold here and I'm back to using that stupid thing, I realize how much I really, really, really, really hate running on it! It's going to be a long winter for me in Wisconsin... Can't imagine how long it will feel to you in Mongolia.... sorry about that.
