I have this post and one more to make before I get to go to Hawaii! I did squeak in 3 runs this week (one complete with three runs of its own!).
Thursday: 45 minutes of hell
Saturday: 8 miles (digestive issues from hell)
Sunday: walk of 45 minutes
One more week for me, and I'm off for sun and fun!
